Terms of services
§1 General provisions
- The Regulations define the conditions of participation in educational events: training courses, workshops, lectures in stationary and online formats (webinars, sessions and others) organized by Wellsi sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow.
- Terms in the regulations:
Terms of services means these regulations;
Price list means the applicable price list for a ticket for one person to participate in an educational event, available each time on the subpage of a given event;
Educational event means an event organized by the Organizer in person or online, to which the Purchase of a participation ticket applies;
Ticket a document available in the form of a digital confirmation confirming:
- providing personal data,
- choosing the type, date, place and scope of the educational event
- payment of the participation ticket costs;
A participation ticket is a personal document authorizing the holder to participate in the paid educational event(s).
Organizer means Wellsi, a limited liability company, with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Praska 34b/68, entered into the National Court Register under number 0001056762 in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Kraków, REGON 526321122, NIP 6762650863, share capital PLN 5,000.
Participant/Buyer means a natural person with full legal capacity who meets the formal conditions necessary to participate in the training and has purchased the participation ticket(s).
Formal conditions these are guidelines related to the educational level of the event Participant, necessary for the full implementation of educational objectives.
Purchase ticket(s) for educational event(s) is tantamount to acceptance of the terms of these Regulations.
§2 Conclusion of the contract
- Registration takes place by purchasing ticket(s) to participate in the selected educational event(s).

- After completing the ticket/s purchase procedure via email electronically, the Organizer sends a message with an invoice and/or bill document.
- Obtaining an invoice with a Tax Identification Number (NIP, TAX No) is only available if the payment is made directly by a business customer and the correct details, i.e., name and Tax Identification Number, are entered during the ticket purchase process. We cannot change the contractor on an invoice previously generated by the system.
- If the payment was not successful for any reason, the contract was not concluded.
§3 Implementation of educational events
- The educational event is organized in the scope, dates and format (stationary or online) described each time in the offer available on the dedicated subpage of the brand, i.e. https://rehalabacademy.pl
- All necessary information regarding the location and time of in-person events will be immediately communicated to participants. Regardless of the Organizer's discretion, changes to the originally scheduled location and time may occur, for which the Organizer is not responsible and cannot constitute grounds for claims.

- The participant is obliged to provide himself/herself with appropriate technological conditions, access to: equipment, electricity, internet, necessary applications, instant messaging, and other technological solutions necessary for the full implementation of the educational objectives of the event.
§4 Obligations of the Participant or Buyer
- The Participant/Buyer is obliged to read the Regulations and comply with them.
- The Participant/Buyer is obliged to read and comply with the regulations. use of the facility, and fire safety instructions applicable in places where stationary educational events take place.
- The Participant/Buyer is fully liable to the Organizer for any damages caused to the Organizer. This also applies to damages caused to third parties during the educational event, if the Organizer is obligated to cover such damages.
- The Organizer may record the course of the educational event(s) for documentation and marketing purposes. The image of people present in the area where the educational event(s) is taking place may be recorded and then distributed for the purposes mentioned above. Participants, by deciding to participate in the educational event(s), also consent to the use of their image by the Organizer for the purposes indicated in these Regulations without the obligation to accept the final product in which the image is used.
- Participants/Buyers are prohibited from recording, reproducing, or disseminating, in whole or in part, the content made available as part of educational events. The Organizer does not, either expressly or impliedly, transfer the copyright to this content to Participants/Buyers, nor does it grant any licenses for its use.
§5 Responsibility for the performance of the contract
- To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer's liability for damages resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the contract or from withdrawal from the contract, caused to Participants/Buyers is excluded.
- If the above exclusion of liability is inadmissible, liability The Organizer is limited to the amount of the ticket fee paid by a given Participant/Buyer for participation in an educational event.
- The Organizer is not responsible for improper performance or non-performance. The contract within the assumed scope, if caused by force majeure. Force majeure is understood as external events beyond the control of the parties to the contract and unforeseeable, such as, in particular: war, fire, epidemic, flood, supra-regional communication blockades, social catastrophes or structural or building disasters, and utility outages. A direct risk of the occurrence of the phenomena or events referred to above is also considered force majeure.
- If the performance that the Organizer is obligated to provide becomes impossible within the meaning of Article 475 or 495 of the Civil Code, the provisions of Articles 475 and 495 of the Civil Code shall not apply to the extent they concern the consequences of such impossibility. In such a case, the Organizer may, within 14 days of the impossibility occurring, at its discretion, either withdraw from the contract or unilaterally set a new deadline for performance (setting at least one calendar month is sufficient; a specific daily deadline may be specified later). If the Organizer does not make any of the above decisions within that period, the provisions of Articles 475 and 495 of the Civil Code shall apply in their entirety.
§6 Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to change: the thematic scope, persons the host, date, place, hours and manner of conducting the event, if, despite due diligence by the Organizer, the original plan proved impossible or significantly difficult to implement, e.g. due to illness or other events beyond its control.
- Notwithstanding the above, the Organizer may decide to conduct a stationary educational event online; such a decision may be made subject to the occurrence of force majeure referred to in § 5 point 3, provided that its occurrence prevents or significantly hinders the implementation of the plan.
- The organizer cannot decide to conduct an online educational event in a stationary format.
- The Organizer will inform the Participant/Buyer about any changes via email sent to the address provided when purchasing the participation ticket.
- The organizer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel the event) in until the date of its completion
- The organizer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract (cancel participation) regarding individual Participants/Buyers by the end of the educational event, if any error in the IT system or remote service occurred during the purchase of tickets.
- The Organizer submits the declaration of withdrawal from the contract via post.
electronically to the Buyer's address provided during the purchase process of the participation ticket(s). - In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Organizer, the Organizer will refund
the fee paid for the ticket to participate in the event to the bank account from which the fee was paid, within 30 working days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal.
§7 Resignation
- The Buyer may withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without giving any reason within 14 days of concluding the contract. To withdraw from the contract, please use the withdrawal form available at education@rehalab.pl.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Participant/Customer as described in § 7 point 1, the Organizer will refund the fee paid for the event ticket to the bank account from which the payment was made, within 45 business days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal.
§8 Complaint
- Each Participant has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the end of the educational event.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing to the following address: Wellsi sp. z o.o. ul.Praska 34b/68, 30-328 Kraków, or electronically to the following address: education@wellsi.app.
- The complaint should contain at least the following information:
a) wskazanie wydarzenia, którego dotyczy;
b) identification of the Participant/Buyer – name and surname/name, correspondence address, e-mail address, contact telephone number,
c) subject of the complaint,
d) indication of the factual circumstances justifying the complaint,
The subject of a complaint cannot be the Organizer's action or omission in accordance with the Regulations. - Complaints will be considered no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.
§9 GDPR
- The data controller is Wellsi spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków at ul. Praska 34b/68, entered into the National Court Register under number 0001056762 in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register in Kraków, REGON 526321122, NIP 6762650863, share capital PLN 5,000. The Controller provides an e-mail address for contact in matters related to personal data protection: dpo@wellsi.app (Data Protection Officer)
- For the purpose and for the time necessary to perform the contract regarding the educational event, the Participant/Buyer will entrust the Organizer with the processing of personal data in the form of: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, postal address.
- The Organizer undertakes, when processing the personal data entrusted to it, to securing them by applying appropriate technical and organisational measures ensuring an adequate level of security corresponding to the risks associated with the processing of personal data referred to in Article 32
- The Organizer undertakes to exercise due diligence in processing entrusted personal data.
§10 Final provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply accordingly.
- The competent courts for all claims arising from the conclusion of the contract with the Organizer are Polish courts.
- The court with jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the contract is the court with jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations.
- The Regulations enter into force on 4 May 2025.
