We are a Polish company that creates products and solutions that improve the quality of life for patients, physiotherapists, and physicians. For what purpose do we process your data, on what legal basis, and for how long? For the performance of the contract in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. Your data will be processed until all factual and legal actions necessary to perform the contract are completed, and then until the statute of limitations for claims arising therefrom expires.

In order to perform obligations arising from legal provisions (e.g. tax settlements), in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) of the GDPR – for the period necessary to perform these obligations and for the period required by law.
