What will we be working on?
During Foot EB Skill Set Program we discuss, a.o.:
- comprehensive functional diagnostics of the ankle and foot,
- analysis of overload and post-traumatic mechanisms,
- differentiation of the most common pathologies,
- planning the conservative and postoperative treatment process,
- managing the patient from the acute phase until full return to activity.
We will focus on practical clinical thinking, case analysis, and real therapeutic scenarios encountered in everyday office, hospital, and sports practice.
As part of functional diagnostics, we will develop, among others: comprehensive examination of the ankle and foot, analysis of biomechanics and compensatory patterns, differential diagnosis, interpretation of clinical symptoms, identification of risk factors for recurrent injury.
We will discuss, among others: ankle sprains, lateral and medial ligament injuries, tibiofibular syndesmosis injuries, plantar fascia injuries, Achilles tendon tendinopathies and injuries, fracture of the fifth metatarsal bone, overload-related foot dysfunctions in developmental age, selected postoperative problems in the ankle and foot area.
In the area of physiotherapy, among others: planning the rehabilitation process, selecting therapeutic procedures for the tissue healing stage, load progression, criteria for returning to activity and sports, post-operative treatment, and practical strategies for working with orthopedic and sports patients.
